Gluten free
The same kitchen. The same table. Gluten-free.
Traditional Roman dishes, prepared gluten-free
No compromises, no fuss
We offer a dedicated gluten-free menu for people with coeliac disease, without sacrificing the flavors of Roman cooking. It isn’t a list of exceptions: it’s our menu, told anew. We do it naturally, because in our family, we set the table for everyone at the same time. From traditional favorites to the dishes that are part of our everyday life, each one is prepared with the same care and the same desire to make everyone feel at home. Roman cooking is about sharing, long tables, and dishes passed from one end of the table to the other. For us, gluten-free doesn’t mean giving anything up, and it shouldn’t feel like an alternative. It’s simply another way to enjoy our cooking, with the same care, the same flavors, and the same pleasure of being together.
