More than a restaurant, a family
The tavern opened after the war, when Rome was starting over with the simple things: a stove, four tables, and neighborhood locals walking in without a reservation. Since then, the tradition has passed from father to son. Today, Giulio is the third generation. Seventy years later, we still cook the way they did back then, with the same flavors and the same patience.

Wine tastings, book launches, themed dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, small receptions and business meetings: we’ll set the table for you as if it were our own home.
